The Lawson R-XIV School District is seeking an outstanding educator to lead our Agriculture Education Program, which began in the 2024–2025 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to help design, implement, and grow a new program while building a strong foundation for long-term success as it enters its third year. The position includes a stipend for FFA Advisor duties and an extended contract for the required summer responsibilities related to the agriculture program. The agriculture education position may include teaching students in grades 7–12. The district will consider all qualified applicants. Our goal is to hire the best candidate to guide the program's continued growth and success.

About the District

Located in Lawson, Missouri, Lawson High School serves approximately 360 students in grades 9–12. Lawson R-XIV is committed to high academic expectations and collaborative instructional practices.
