Elementary Certification Teacher– with possible coaching.

The Lawson R-XIV School District is seeking an outstanding educator with Missouri elementary education certification.   The successful candidate may fill a vacant primary grade teaching position at Southwest Elementary.  Located in Lawson, MO, Southwest Elementary serves approximately 400 students in grades kindergarten-fourth grade (k-4).     

The Lawson School District is seeking an exceptional educator tasked with being a part of a successful building instructional team that consistently strives for high student achievement. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills as an instructional leader, and the ability to collaborate with building teams focused on student success.

Basic Requirement include: Evidence of Missouri Elementary Teacher certification. Successful teaching experience is desired. The candidate must possess effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of proficiency with computers, including but not limited to web-based software and interactive whiteboard experience.  Successful completion of a background check is a pre-requisite for the position.   The district has extra-duty assistant coaching positions available to may be paired with this teaching position.
